 Keema Aloo Recipe

Recipe:  

Fry 3 onions until golden brown

Add whole spices 1tbsp
(zeera, long, dar cheeni, black pepper corns)
When the onions turn brown add 1 kg beef mince/keema & 2-3 tbsp
or crushed on minced ginger garlic. Mix and cook until it changes color.
Now cover the lid for 5-6 mins. Let the water dry.
Now add spices as per taste (turmeric, salt, chillies flakes, chilli powder, cumin powder & coriander powder) and 4-5 whole red chillies (gol mirch)
Mix this and add 3 large tomatoes.
Add some water and let the tomatoes melt in.
Now add 3 large potatoes cut in cubes.
Add 2 large glasses of water, cover the lid and let this cook for a good while until the potatoes are soft and oil separates.


Note: You can add water (less or more) according to your preference
