Kabab Handi - Eid Recipe ✨
kabab handi fusion,kabab handi asala,kabab handi recipe pakistani,kabab handi banane ka tarikaTake 1/2 kg beef mince (squeeze all the juice out) then add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, red chilli flakes, black pepper, garam masala, coriander powder as per taste or 1tsp of each.
Now add 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic crushed
Mince this together.
Now chop and onion and 2 green chillies together, squeeze all of the juice out and add to the mince mixture. Then add a cup of fresh coriander leaves and 1-2tbsp chickpea flour/baisan
Mix well together then shape the kababs
Fry until golden and cooked from all sides
For Handi:
Oil as required
Ginger garlic 1tsp
3-4 puréed tomatoes
Salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder as per taste
Water as required
Coal smoke
Coriander, green chillies and garam masala
Note: You can also use Frozen kabab for this recipe
